Shipping Time
The delivery timeframe for each order is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1-5 business days (additional fees apply).
Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on all products.
- Expedited shipping requires an additional fee.
Shipping Area
We offer free shipping across most of the United States, with the exception of certain remote or hard-to-reach locations, including: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Puerto Rico (PR), the U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), the Northern Mariana Islands (MP), the Marshall Islands (MH), Palau (PW), and military addresses for the Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP). Rhode Island (RI) is also excluded from our free shipping policy. Unfortunately, due to higher shipping costs, these locations are not eligible for free shipping.
Returns (if applicable)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@gatgoods.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fees. The specific fee will depend on the carrier you choose.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the consumer will not be responsible for the shipping fees. No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 1-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Next, reach out to your bank. Processing times can vary, and there may be a delay before the refund appears in your account.
If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team at support@gatgoods.com. They will assist you with further inquiries and provide you with the return address if needed.
